Well Kitten Care Program
Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic offers a quality program for kittens up to 1 year of age. This pre-paid program provides the best of care to your kitten during the most vulnerable months of its life, along with a significant savings and the convenience of a one-time fee.
When you register for this program, your kitten will be covered for the following:
(1) Unlimited office calls and physical examinations by a veterinarian during the covered period.
(2) All needed vaccines and boosters. This will be determined by the veterinarian, but usually
includes two FVRCP vaccinations, two Leukemia vaccinations, and one Rabies vaccination.
(3) Unlimited fecal examinations.
(4) Medication for intestinal parasites and ear mites as needed.
(5) Leukemia and FIV (AIDS) test.
(6) Your choice of CET toothpaste and bursh or CET cat chews for dental preventative care.
(7) First 12 month supply of Advantage flea preventative, or Revolution flea, tick and heartworm
preventative.
(8) 5% discount on spay/neuter surgery and Home Again Identification Microchip.
The prepaid fee for the above services is offered for $713.40, a savings of a minimum of $90.00, and could be much more depending on the number of visits your kitten needs to make. This program is available only at Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic. It does not cover surgeries, x-rays, medications or lab tests other than those stated above, or any services after your kitten reaches 1 year of age. This program is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This program must be purchased during the first month following the initial offer if the owner wishes to place the kitten in the Well Kitten Program. This time allowance is for the owner to consider the options, and to make the decision that best fits each owner’s needs.
