We are now offering a more convenient way to request your pet's prescription refills. Current Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic clients can now contact us by logging on to your Pet Portal.

We will email you when we receive your request. Please allow 24-hours for the prescription to be filled. If we have any questions or need more information, a staff member at Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic will contact you by phone.

Within you Pet Portal, you will also have:

  -  Access to your pets vaccination history
  -  Update any information on yourself or your pets
  -  Request a prescription refill
  -  Request an appointment
  -  Upload pictures of your pets
