We are now offering a more convenient way to request your pet's prescription refills. Current Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic clients can now contact us by email to request prescriptions. Please include all necessary information in your email to expedite processing your request.

- Your pet's name
- Name of the prescription drug to be filled and amount requested
- Current daytime phone number
- Current email address

We will email you when we receive your request. Please allow 24-hours for the prescription to be filled. If we have any questions or need more information,a staff member at Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic will contact you by phone.
