Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic offers a Golden Age Program for Dogs and a Golden Age Program for Cats.  These programs offer comprehensive health care at a reduced cost for our special older patients.  When you register for this program, your pet will be covered for the following for eighteen (18) full months:
